'Tenda' chaise-longue
Homage to Giovanni Michelucci
The 'Tenda' chaise-longue takes its inspiration from the works by a famous Italian architect, Giovanni Michelucci. The revolutionary tent-shaped church of St. John the Baptist (nicknamed the Highway Church) from 1964 was the main inspiration among other works.

The 'Tenda' chaise-longue is made of aluminium for the legs and wenge veneer for the seat, and was exhibited at the 'Not in the sky, not underground' exhibition dedicated to Giovanni Michelucci as an homage to him and his work in his hometown of Fiesole (suburbs of Florence).
